Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) who excels at patient communication and coordination? We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented nurse to join our team, working primarily in our dynamic triage department! You’ll be the first line of support for patients, answering questions, coordinating with providers, and handling important tasks like prior authorizations, refills, and referrals. If you have experience in prior authorizations, that’s a huge plus! This role is ideal for someone comfortable in a primarily desk-based role, coordinating patient care via phone and computer.

    Responsibilities

Collaborative Coordination – Work with our healthcare team to assess, plan, and implement patient-focused tasks.

Patient Calls & Support – Be a caring voice on the line for patients with complications or medical questions, ensuring their concerns are addressed quickly and compassionately.

Physician Communication – Manage physician-to-physician calls, connecting them with the correct provider for seamless care coordination.

Patient Refills, Authorizations & Referrals – Handle patient refills, prior authorizations, and referrals efficiently to support ongoing patient care.

Cross-Training Opportunity – Gain experience in our shot room administering immunizations, allergy shots, and biologic injections, and even learn to mix vials!

    Qualifications

Licensed LPN or RN – Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.

Nursing Experience – Previous RN experience preferred, with a focus on patient-centered care.

Interpersonal Skills – Strong communication and client care skills are essential.

Valid Driver’s License & First Aid/CPR Certification – Required for this role.

If you’re ready to join a supportive, patient-focused team and use your skills to make a difference, apply today! Help us provide exceptional care with every patient interaction.
