Positions Available:

We are seeking a dedicated LPN or RN to join our TEAM and provide care for the following shifts with 3 different Clients in Naples!

Awake overnights from 7pm-7am on Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's ongoing.

Saturday's and Sunday's 1hr shift from 3:30pm-4:30pm

Tuesday 6:30pm-10:30pm, Thursday 8:30am-10:30am AND 6:30pm-10:30pm

Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and meal preparation

Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the DON

Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Document all care provided and communicate with the care team

Requirements:

Valid LPN or RN License in the state of Florida

Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance & Transportation

Compassionate and patient-centered demeanor

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
