    Job Description

    LPi is looking for "hunters" who will be responsible for prospecting and selling digital and print advertising to small and medium-sized businesses. If you are interested in being a part of a mission-oriented organization that makes a difference in a community this is the role for you! 

     

    THE ROLE

    • Successfully strategize to sell advertising solutions through a high volume of outbound sales calls
    • Manage sales pipeline by creating urgency to win new business
    • Build a pipeline of prospects and close deals
    • Organize and manage your time effectively to complete daily and weekly sales goals

    WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    • Ability to work remotely – 40-50% OVERNIGHT TRAVEL WILL BE EXPECTED IN THE ROLE WHEN COVID RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED
    • Proven ability and comfort to achieve daily high outbound calls (75-100 calls per day average)
    • Comfortable handling objections with the ability to ability to close sales deals
    • Track record of achieving results with repeatable success
    • Proven ability to self-manage in a fast-paced autonomous work environment
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation – REQUIRED

    • Full-time W2 commissioned based role
    • Guaranteed minimum base commensurate with the book of business
    • At target, earnings are $50k-$60k; no cap on earning potential! The more you sell – the more you will make!
