We are looking for a Porter for our government customer in Ft. Belvoir, VA. Candidates must have a minimum of two years' experience in commercial or government custodial services. Preferred experience in a cleaning large facilities. Ideal candidate must have detailed knowledge of cleaning procedures, detailed oriented and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities: Perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, emptying trash, cleaning the lobby area, hallways, bathrooms. Dusting, cleaning doors and glass, removing litter, refill all paper products, clean kitchen/break areas. Provide professional and friendly customer service to all residents and customers.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit, stand, reach, bend and stoop for extended periods of time; Ascending/Descending stairs and required to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds frequently; May be required to lift up to 30 lbs.

Must have active TS/SCI Clearance.
