    Job Title: Onsite Account Manager / Recruiter Reports to: Manager Summary Dedicated Onsite Account Manager / Recruiter responsible for full lifecycle recruiting, screening and placement of full-time, part-time or temporary employees to fill customer’s needs by using creative sourcing methods. In additon to servicing the customer, accountable to; anticipate needs, provide accurate data via KPI reporting, and identify opportunities to grow the business relationship with the customer. Ensures all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Exercises discretion to prioritize and organize workload and assess and place applicants in appropriate role for customer. Verifies all duties and tasks assigned are completed within the confines of applicable Local, State and Federal laws. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.

    Essential Functions

    1. Partners with customer’s hiring manager to determine staffing needs, skill set required, etc.
    2. Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for or against hire and delivers assignment and/or employment offers, manages internal processes necessary to onboard employees.
    3. Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, social media, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
    4. Develops advertising programs (internal and external) to ensure high visibility with potential candidates.
    5. Available to work flexible schedule to accommodate customer needs.
    6. Communicates important employment information during delivery of assignment and/or employment offers (e.g., hours, dress code, applicable benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements, etc.).
    7. Per customer requirements, conducts onsite new hire orientation, applicable safety training.
    8. Responsible for initial management of employee work accidents and injuries to include; completes first report of injury, obtains witness statements, ensures first aid or medical treatment as necessary, notifies LSI Risk Management, assists with coordination of light duty options, etc.
    9. Supports both LSI employees and the customer by being present in facility, in work areas to engage employees, solicit feedback, answer questions, identify issues, etc.
    10. With HR or Manager assistance, responsible for identifying, addressing and documenting disciplinary issues.
    11. Works to strengthen the business relationship with the customer consistently providing high level customer service to meet and/or exceed customer expectations, anticipates needs, provides KPI reporting and identifies opportunities to grow with the customer.
    12. Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all Local, State and Federal laws.
    13. Processes employees through E-Verify to ensure Work Authorization of hired individuals at applicable hiring sites.
    14. Manages current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    15. Manages assignments and orders within the applicant tracking system to ensure accuracy of database.
    16. Manages application/resume files and retention of files according to company policy and required Local, State and Federal laws.
    17. Administers drug screen and/or background checks on candidates as part of the onboarding process.
    18. Professionally offboards released or terminated employees in accordance with company policy and Local, State and Federal laws. 19. Protects organization and builds trust by maintaining confidentiality of applicant, employee and customer information. Revised 08/2020
    19. Participates as an integral part of the organization in support of staff company-wide to encourage the success of all team members.
    20. Attends training and educational sessions to support continued personal and professional growth to augment relevant knowledge and skills
    21. Performs other duties as assigned in support of the company. Competencies

    23. Interviewing skills in various formats (phone call, in-person, etc.)
    24. Proficient in quickly and confidently assessing applicant skills and experienced in determining placement possibilities that align with customer staffing needs.
