LSI Staffing in Kansas City, Kansas is looking for a BILINGUAL RECRUITER to join our growing team! Are you an outgoing, detail-oriented employee looking for a new position? Do you have strong computer skills? Are you organized? Do you like talking to people?

4 days a week 10 hours shift - Monday - Thursday! 3 day weekends!

$769.20/weekly or $40K salary with the opportunity for growth!

In this BILINGUAL RECRUITER role, your job duties will include:

• Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person)

• Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, social media, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.

• Provides exceptional customer service to develop and maintain professional relationships to ensure achievement of customer staffing goals.

• Administers drug screen and/or background checks on candidates as part of the onboarding process.

To qualify you must:

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish!
• Communicate effectively
• Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Professionalism
• Possess an energetic and positive work ethic
• Be reliable with a strong attendance record
