Full-Time CNA Travel or Local Contract - St. Edward, NE LTC Facility
Are you an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant or Medication Aide seeking an exciting opportunity to explore new locations while delivering quality care? Look no further! We have an excellent full-time CNA contract available at a reputable long-term care (LTC) facility in Nebraska!
Position: Full-Time CNA (or CMA) Contract
Location: St. Edward, NE
Shift: 2p-10p with 30 minutes lunch break, every other weekend rotation
Hours: 34.5-37.5 hours/week
Length: 6-8 weeks, with option to extend
Start: ASAP
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct daily care to residents of the LTC facility
- Monitor and report any health changes to LPN or RN
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
- Valid Nebraska CNA certification
- Minimum of 1 year of direct care experience, preferably in a long-term care setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Must pass a 10-panel drug screening prior to start
- Must pass criminal background check. No felonies, must pre-disclose any other previous charges and will be considered on a case by case basis.
- Must have clear Nebraska APS/CPS self-check
- Valid Driver's license
