    Job Description

    MAIN PRIORITY: SUPPLY CHAIN SUPPORT : 85%

    • Monthly or quarterly communication of costs to brands
    • Ability to build the manpower budget of the warehouse based on :Volumes, warehouse productivity hypothesis, absenteeism hypothesis..
    • Ability to follow the actual warehouse manpower costs understanding the main gaps versus budget : volumes/mix/unit costs…effects
    • Ability to communicate the capex actuals (authorized, committed, invoiced…) on a regular basis
    • Ownership of monthly schedules (departmental statements) reconciling Actual vs Forecast and leading monthly reviews with Supply Chain Leadership (VP of Operations, Distribution Director, etc.)
    • Responsible for construction of semi annual budget and revision processes.
    • Be part of a large-scale project (Supply Chain 2030) aiming to choose of the best supply chain network and warehouse layouts for our organization: validate the costs structure and project ROI as well as helping on future cost models
    • Contribute to the definition of ROI for major Capex/Opex projects
    • Actively contribute to action plans around efficiency improvements
    • Work on ad-hoc analysis upon projects and specific needs from the leadership team
    • Be the key finance contact for the Brand Controllers in terms of Logistics costs & variance explanations

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: PCIS/NON LOGISTICS RESPONSIBILITIES 15%

    • Assist in monthly financial closing process for specific business units (MIS and Supply Chain), incl. recording time tracking from PCIS resources
    • Maintenance of monthly departmental statements for Non Supply Chain Functions (AR/AP/HR/PCIS, etc.)
    • Monitor and report Capex process with accounting team (authorized, committed, invoiced…)
    • Assist monthly/quarterly communication of actual costs with HQs
    • Assist with construction of semi annual reporting and presentations to Headquarters (Brands and PCIS)
    • Guarantee compliancy to our internal policy within the scope of work (internal control compliancy)
    • Work on ad-hoc analysis upon projects and specific needs from the leadership team
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 3+ YEARS of experience in Finance or Supply Chain- Luxury goods industry, and/or supply chain related preferred. Supply Chain experience/project management a plus.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills required; French is a plus
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, along with being analytical and being able to challenge internal partners
    • Strong team player and strong relationship builder

    Additional Information

    • Located in East Brunswick, New Jersey corporate offices
    • Regular visits to our Distribution Center in Cranbury, New Jersey (at least 1x per week)
    • Travel required based on needs of the business
