Our ideal candidate will be an expert rapport builder, networking, and CLOSER. Attention to detail, motivation, and superb communication skills are mandatory! You will prospect for incoming seller leads through LVN’s marketing efforts, as well as prospect for self-generated leads through pro-actively networking with realtors, wholesalers, friends and family, referrals, etc. You will find the best solution possible for the customer and company in order to create a win-win property acquisition.

This is the PERFECT sales position for someone who loves talking and meeting with people and perfect for those that want to learn about the real estate industry! 

THIS JOB IS WORK FROM HOME, BUT YOU MUST BE LOCATED IN THE DENVER METRO AREA!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building rapport with motivated sellers before, during, and after the appointment

• Communicate with the CEO daily 

• Hit KPIs weekly

• Responsible for all duties required in putting the property under contract, including prospecting, follow-up calls, sales appointments, contract preparation, title work communication, and problem-solving 

• Find the best solution possible for the customer and company in order to create a win-win property acquisition

QUALIFICATIONS

• Real estate experience is highly preferred, but not required

• Strong background in sales with a proven track record is (2 years minimum)

• Real Estate license is preferred

• Ability to overcome objections and work through difficult problems and situations

• Self motivation- Hard work, grit, and determination are required for this position

• Tech-savvy

COMPENSATION

$150,000+ Expected Annual Earnings (Base + Bonus)
