LXG International is a Sales firm dedicated to providing some of the largest companies with top sales results and quality customers. Our entry level Wireless Sales Representatives will build relationships with customers on-site, promoting products and services, and managing customer accounts. Although this is an entry level position, 100% of our management promotions come from this role!

This position will involve:

Acquiring new contracts and working with existing customers

Brand promotion in retail settings

Direct and promotional marketing

Customer service

Tracking and increasing client KPIs

Ensuring customer satisfaction, including after the point of sale

Mastery of product knowledge

Conducting presentations

We're looking for a candidate with the following:

Passion for working with others

Can lead a conversation

Someone who doesn't shy away from a challenge

Ability to respond positively to coaching

Wants to develop their career in sales to management

Previous customer service or sales experience is desired but not required

4-year degree preferred, but not required with proper customer service experience
