Messner Reeves LLP, a full-service, business law firm, with 10 offices nationwide, seeks an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney in California .

The ideal candidate will have three to six years’ experience in Employment and Labor Law.

• Committed to client service, a quick learner, and have strong writing, organizational, and communication.
• The candidate must have litigation experience, preferably on defense side of employment cases, class action/PAGA cases including managing written discovery, and preparing for depositions.
• We are looking for a long-term addition to our team who has a great work ethic, and positive attitude.

Requirements:

• Excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Proficiency in taking depositions, hearing attendance and trial preparation.
• Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• Located in California.
