We are looking to hire Construction General Laborers and Skilled-Trade workers of all types for these positions. We promote within! • Great Opportunities for advancement • Pay determined by qualifications and experience Responsibilities: • Perform various general labor tasks • Engage in pressure washing, cleaning, and assisting in equipment maintenance • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the job site and working environment • Execute additional duties as necessary on a project-to-project basis • Report to the job site foreman and superintendent for guidance and updates • Work 50-55 hours per week, including weekends, for 6-7 days a week Qualifications: • Entry-level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply for this General Labor position • Previous experience working outdoors is a must • Having experience in construction would be an added advantage • The ability to lift up to 75 lbs is necessary for this position • Applicants must hold legal authorization to work in the US. • Possession of a valid driver’s license is a must-have • Candidates should showcase the capability to work both independently and collaboratively • Willingness to travel out of town for up to 45 days, weekends, and holidays included, is expected • Physical stamina to endure prolonged periods of exertion without fatigue is required • Previous experience on project sites is a plus Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
