Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented laborer to join our team. This role demands a self-starter who excels in a self-driven work environment with varying job durations and locations across the Midwest. The position involves frequent driving, including overnight stays, and requires a clean driving record and the successful completion of a thorough background check.

Job Responsibilities:

· Install, move and remove large equipment with precision and attention to detail

· Travel throughout the Midwest, including occasional overnight stays and after-hours work.

· Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and company standards on-site.

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment and equipment.

· Communicate effectively with team members and clients to meet project specifications and deadlines.

· Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

· Deliver exceptional customer service and address client concerns professionally.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· Proven experience in a skilled labor role with a strong track record of reliability and high-quality workmanship.

· Ability to drive long distances and stay overnight as needed, with a clean driving record.

· Successful completion of a comprehensive background check.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.

· Strong work ethic, with the ability to manage time effectively and balance various tasks.

· Flexibility to work irregular hours and adapt to changing work conditions.

· Physical stamina and capability to lift heavy objects.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings as required.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay: $20 - $30 per hour, with opportunity for overtime and bonuses.

· 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
