    Company Overview:

    Ladder Health (http://ladderhealth.co/), an innovative virtual care platform built alongside clinicians at Boston Children's Hospital, serves as an end-to-end developmental partner for children (0-6 years old) with developmental delays. Ladder offers an alternative to waitlisted state-based programs or private pay practices, guiding families through our developmental screener, clinical evaluations, and comprehensive virtual care with specialized therapists (PT, OT, SLP). Our platform supports a coordinated care plan with resources, HIPAA-compliant messaging, and integration with pediatric care teams, primarily monetized through Fee-for-Service (FFS) therapy revenues. Ladder partners with pediatricians and community organizations to improve access and quality of care for families.

    Job Summary:

    We're looking for an MBA intern who is excited to make an impact at an early-stage company.

    As an MBA intern, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing start-up. This is an incredible chance to directly impact the lives of young children and their families by enabling increased access to equitable care and improved clinical outcomes.

    You will work closely with the leadership team at Ladder Health and be deeply involved in the execution of key initiatives around go-to-market, business development, revenue cycle management, and the product roadmap. We are seeking a highly self-motivated MBA intern who can work independently on large scale projects, juggle competing priorities, and is comfortable presenting in front of external stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:

    • Project management support on Ladder's expansion into new geographies, including cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, and operations.
    • Deeply analyze workflows and operational processes to identify efficiencies in workflow and user experience that drive better quality patient/family care, increased patient/family engagement, as well as improvements in financial reimbursement.
    • Collaborate with external parties, including Ladder partners, to track and iterate on processes related to insurance coverage and reimbursement
    • Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnerships, collaborate on pitch materials, and project manage the ongoing relationship
    • Synthesize information from multiple sources (including company strategy, investors/advisors, referral partners) to inform product roadmap and prioritization.

    Experiences and Qualifications:

    • MBA candidate with expected graduation in Spring 2026
    • Minimum of 2 years (3+ years preferred) pre-MBA experience in healthcare working in business strategy, operations management, partnerships, or consulting
    • Strong quantitative skills including financial modeling and analysis
    • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
