Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
Good math skills
Must have Cashier/money-handling experience
Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
Willingness to work well in a team environment
Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
Willingness to work a flexible schedule
Benefits Include:
Competitive Wages (although the base wage is $17/hr, tip sharing** has been averaging an additional $5-$10/hour more so total earnings end up being much higher.
Tip Sharing (**upon completion of training/probationary period; keep in mind, tips are never guaranteed and considered an elective gratuity between guest and employee)
