Location: Maui Brewing Co. - Kahana

Pay Range: $14.00 per hour + tips

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for guests as they arrive at our establishment, greeting them with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and provide them with a positive first impression.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are seated in a timely manner.
- Keep track of table availability and manage the seating chart effectively.
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations and inquiries.
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for guests.
- Clear and reset tables as needed.
- Assist with cleaning and organizing the host stand and lobby area.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
