POSITION: SR. LEGAL ASSISTANT LOCATION: VERNON HILLS, ILLINOIS SALARY: $19.65/HOUR JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining complex legal records; preparing court call; filing and retrieving case files; utilizing case management system to obtain and enter case information; producing documents; assisting attorneys as needed; maintaining and researching statistical data; reception duties; assist with special projects as required; must be comfortable learning software programs; requires flexibility to work weekends when needed. In order to be successful in this role you should have a high school degree supplemented by college courses and, four years of experience in administrative support work in a law office or related area. Individuals should have a working knowledge of practices and procedures of a law office; Microsoft programs - Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word; possess the ability to effectively problem solve and have the ability to work both individually and in a team atmosphere.
