Responsibilities: • Compute labor, construction materials, time, and product costs to estimate overall cost for construction projects • Inquire with clients regarding the status of submitted proposal and budgets • Frequent construction sites to gather necessary client requirement information • Analyze blueprints, proposals, specifications, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole • Interface with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors Qualifications: • Knowledge of data and risk analysis, research methodology, accounting, and estimation metrics is critical • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and construction estimating software • 3 years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is necessary • Excellent project management, time-management, and communication skills are necessary • Experience estimating commercial roofing projects • Planswift, Edge, and DataForma experience Compensation: $75,000 at plan yearly
