TILE SETTER JOB DESCRIPTION : Tile setting, layout and skill saw experience a plus but not required! Mentoring and training are a part of our culture. The ideal candidate: 2+ years' experience working with tile, strong attention to detail, understanding of measurements, fractions and basic math, be motivated and reliable with a friendly attitude, a professional self-starter who works well independently and/or a part of a team. Basic duties will include: Traveling to and from job sites, cutting, installing, grouting and sealing material, determining layouts on site to achieve best pattern for tile installation, following specifications for installation of tile while referring to blue prints for accurate layouts, operation of hand and machine cutting tools, preparing surfaces for tiling with waterproofing for tile and other duties as assigned.
