Responsibilities:
- Property Negotiator , you’ll be the key person who helps to negotiate and close deals from interested seller leads.
- Call back interested seller leads and close the deals.
- Take initiative (about 30% of the time) to hunt down your own leads by following up directly with people who have responded to our marketing efforts, building your own lead list, and driving sales.
- After demonstrating your success, work with our lead managers (about 70% of the time) who will warm up leads for you, allowing you to focus on using your exceptional sales skills to close deals.
- Once we’ve purchased the parcels, you will also work with local land-specialized realtors to help sell properties in the area.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions.
- Proficient in using real estate software, databases, and CRM systems.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to close deals effectively. You should love to talk to people.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets, trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-motivated, independent thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent financial and analytical skills to evaluate investment opportunities and assess risk.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines and produce results.

- $60,000 salary + commissions. Draw after 3 months. Target of 100,000 or more.
