Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following): Serve as a Counterintelligence (CI) SETA for the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-2, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Task Force (ISR-TF). Candidate will report directly to the ISR-TF director and be responsive to CI modernization efforts and technology protection requirements. The candidate shall support program management activities and prepare programs for execution reviews and reporting. The candidate shall implement and comply with Army policy issuances and changes.
- Develop reports, information/decision papers, project calendars, development metrics, and briefings for senior leaders and external stakeholders.
- Staff acquisition documentation through ISR-TF leadership for approval.
- Consult CI community partners to define requirements, needs, or problems.
- Provide expert assessments and analysis to assist program leadership in developing CI modernization sensors.
- Engage in program management meetings and reviews e.g., tiger teams, working groups, ad hoc meetings, and integrated process teams (IPTs).
- Support the program decision review processes at senior leader levels.

Required Skills
- Successfully completed a Department of Defense (DoD) CI credentialing course.
- Expertise in CI, technology protection, operational security (OPSEC), signature reduction, and strategic planning.
- Capable of leading and executing tasks associated with program management.
- Capable of working independently or leading teams in the solving of problems.
- Possess expert ability to obtain and analyze data, identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies and to advise on recommended solutions.
- Superior proficiency in MS Office suite and IT tools.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Current Top Secret Security Clearance required and eligibility for SCI.
Required Experience
- 12 or more years of experience in DoD CI programs, planning, and execution.
- Familiarity (or recent experience) working DoD or Army-centric CI programs.
- Demonstrated experience supporting and interacting daily with high level DoD Officials (O-6/NH-IV and above), sitting on-site with the DoD Program Office and the ability to deliver products successfully in a fast-paced environment (on demand).
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience with expedited/rapid acquisition efforts.
- Experience in CI operations, investigations, and surveillance.
- Advanced Foreign CI Training Course graduate.
- Federal Law Enforcement Training Center graduate.
