    We are seeking a Business Development Manager/Clinical Liaison for the Fort Wayne/Bluffton, Indiana area.

     

    Summary

    Our successful Business Development Manager/Clinical Liaison candidate will be an organized, efficient, and tenacious individual. They’ll have a go-getter attitude to want to build new relationships, grow existing ones, and a desire to understand the service they represent and how it helps our patients improve their quality of life. This desire to want to be the best will lead to strong critical thinking skills that allows them to best map out a territory, grow accounts, and determine how to best add value to both new and existing referral partners. They’ll come across as likeable through a charismatic personality and communication style, but respected through their ability to get things done in an efficient, professional, and organized manner. Ultimately, they flat out like doing hunter-style business development.

     

    The most successful candidates will have a strong capacity with being entrepreneurial and nimble, as we are always developing new approaches throughout the business. They’ll flow well with what others call stress and be comfortable with addressing differences and conflict while simultaneously also humble and eager to receive and integrate feedback. They’ll demonstrate healthy and motivating ways of giving feedback as well. They’ll demonstrate bringing great care, integrity, and customer service to all they do.

     

    Responsibilities

    The Business Development Manager serves to lead the facility’s marketing efforts, to build the facility’s reputation locally, coordinate all advertising and branding campaigns, and to maintain a high census via admissions.

    • Completes a minimum of ten referral outreach events per day
    • Cultivates new referral relationships (2 per week) for facility at local and potentially regional levels
    • Attends conferences and community events to promote the facility amongst referral partners
    • Coordinates community events and drives attendance of facility staff
    • Maintain accuracy and up to date status of CRM
    • Achieve admission targets on a monthly basis
    • Monitors referral outreach, advertising, lead generation and other metrics
    • Cold-calls referral sources as necessary to generate business
    • Qualifies leads and coordinates with the Admissions Department for a successful patient intake
    • Generates reports as requested by supervisor or management company to track activity and census
    • Serves as “Admissions On Call” as necessary
    • 10% - 25% travel.

     

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent field
    • Minimum 2 years experience in an outside sales or outside marketing position
    • Must be committed to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use
    • Personal passion or interest in substance abuse issues strongly preferred

     

    Full-time position begins ASAP.

     

    Compensation is $60,000 + bonus + $400 car allowance + Benefits (Vision, Medical, Dental, Life, 401K, Paid Time Off, Family Leave).
