Lando Builders in Vancouver, WA, is seeking a Residential Remodel Sales Representative to join our Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for connecting with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the remodeling estimation process. You are a proactive, fast-moving, and great communicator who thrives by understanding clients and creatively putting a project together that will change their lives. You love transforming people's homes and improving their lives. You’ll be selling the initial engagement with clients and then working to price and sell residential remodeling projects that range in cost. At Lando Builders, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $200,000 (Based on gross revenue sales contracts sold) yearly commission opportunity, along with a supportive work environment that values collaboration. Hourly salary of $20-40/hour paid weekly based on sales experience, deducted from new sales contract Work Expectations: • Monday-Friday • 40-50 hours Responsibilities: • If you’re a seasoned professional you’ll be able to harness your knowledge to educate clients and experience to lead a team of designers and project managers to create some amazing remodeling projects • Crush it without crushing yourself • Oversee the client experience from start to finish • Impress initial leads on a 1:1 call by how you care about them, understand them, and can help them achieve their goals • Perform on-site client consultation to gather information and show/nurture them along in the sales process • Develop, manage, and update the project estimate utilizing our in-house pricing catalog and sub-contractor bids • Assist client with design concepts and product selections • Close design & construction contracts • Coordinate design staff, project managers, and external consultants Qualifications: • You are going to be most successful if you have experience in residential remodeling • Exceptional communication and relational skills • Ability to lead, guide, and direct clients and teams • Critical path planning skills to get large projects through the estimating and design process • Has experience in residential remodeling or in-home sales • This is not an ideal job for someone right out of school or with no professional remodeling experience • General understanding of interior design, building code, structural features, and architecture • Is very comfortable with technology such as CRMs, Project Management Software, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Notion, etc. • Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self-discipline Compensation: $60,000 - $200,000 yearly
