    Our Client is an established commercial landscaping company, dedicated to providing high-quality landscaping services to businesses in their market. They specialize in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces that enhance the aesthetic appeal of commercial properties and improve the overall environment.

    Job Summary:

    The Landscape Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, ensuring the successful execution of landscape maintenance services, and providing exceptional customer service and follow up. This role requires strong communication skills, horticultural knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship Management:
      • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
      • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
      • Conduct regular site visits and meetings with clients to review property progress and discuss upcoming needs.
      • Manage customers expectations to achieve client retention of over 90%.
      • Assist Business Developers in Contract Renewal based off of data collected throughout the contract period.
    Sales and Business Development:
      • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and enhancements to existing clients.
      • Develop proposals and estimates for new projects and enhancements.
      • Participate in networking events and industry associations to generate new business leads.
    Project Management:
      • Planning, scheduling, and execution of landscape maintenance and enhancement projects assigned to you.
      • Coordinate with internal teams, including crews, designers, and managers, to ensure maintenance services are completed on time and within budget or that services are being delivered per the contract.
      • Monitor account progress and quality, making adjustments as necessary to meet client expectations and company standards.
    Financial Management:
      • Prepare and manage budgets for client accounts.
      • Monitor property and crew costs and expenses, ensuring profitability.
    Team Leadership:
      • Maintain Crew schedules
      • Provide guidance and support to field crews and production managers.
      • Schedule regular training and development sessions for team members.
      • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
      • Track Production Manager's quality control and performance and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
    Reporting and Documentation:
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, project details, and financial information.
      • Prepare regular reports for clients and management, detailing project progress, financial performance, and client satisfaction.


    Qualifications:


    Education:

      • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, Business Management, or a related field preferred.
    Experience:
      • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape account management or a related role.
      • Candidates with prior experience in Account and/or Property Management will also be considered.
      • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts and projects successfully.

    Skills:
      • Strong knowledge of horticulture, landscape maintenance, and construction practices.
      • Proficient using CRM Software for keeping track of accounts and estimates.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
      • High attention to detail, customer service oriented.

    Working Conditions:

    • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
    • Willingness to travel to client sites regularly.
    • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
    • Attend HOA meetings and other Customer property walks.
