    Position Overview Are you a sales-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Landscapes Unlimited is seeking a results-oriented Account Manager, with a primary focus on driving revenue growth through both retaining and expanding our current customer portfolio, as well as cultivating new clients. Approximately 80% of your efforts will be concentrated on upselling within existing accounts by introducing additional services, referral sales, and prospecting for new opportunities.

    As an Account Manager, you will be the face of the organization, working directly with clients and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and consistent growth. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding growth goals by driving service penetration, fostering strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

    Core Responsibilities

    Client Retention & Growth: Retain and nurture relationships within your existing customer portfolio by identifying opportunities to expand services, increase client satisfaction, and deliver continuous value.

    Business Development: Actively prospect new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach, while leveraging existing relationships to drive growth and service penetration.

    Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Director of Commercial Sales and Production Managers to develop innovative, customized solutions that meet client needs, align with market trends, and capture additional market share.

    Problem-Solving & Foresight: Proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions that improve the customer experience and ensure the success of ongoing projects.

    Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring alignment with division growth objectives through revenue generation and service expansion.

    Qualifications

    Proven experience in Account Management, particularly in the property maintenance or landscaping industry.

    Prior experience or knowledge in the horticultural or green space, providing an understanding of industry best practices and standards.

    Demonstrated success in retaining and expanding customer relationships while driving new business development.

    Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and energize a diverse group of team members.
