Responsibilities: • Manage and oversee landscape architecture projects from concept through construction • Lead client meetings, coordinate consultants, and oversee design production • Develop designs using hand sketching, AutoCAD/Land F/X, Photoshop, and other tools • Support business development through proposals, client follow-ups, and presentations • Track project deadlines, budgets, and team performance metrics • Collaborate with senior staff to ensure alignment with firm vision and standards Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in landscape architecture (preferred) • Proficient in AutoCAD, Land F/X, Adobe Suite, hand sketching, and rendering tools • Strong project management, communication, and team leadership skills • Understanding of construction detailing and project coordination • Positive, accountable, and coachable mindset • Business development interest or experience a strong plus • Licensure preferred or in-progress Compensation: $68,000
