We are looking to add a Construction Crew Foreman and or individual that has the passion and motivation to excel within the industry. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a team environment and can commit to steady employment.     Position Expectations and Duties not limited to:

    The ability to operate small and large landscape equipment machinery

    Have a positive attitude and the ability to train & motivate others

    Effective communications and the ability to communicate with customers as needed while running a project jobsite

    Must be able to read and understand landscape project plans and schedules

    Constantly promote and encourage adherence to company policies and safety practices

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and advancements in landscaping techniques

    Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail

    Lead and supervise crew, ensuring efficient workflow and project completion within deadlines

    Collaborate with Project Manager and Landscape Operations Manager to understand project requirements, preferences, and goals

    Provide on-site project oversight

    Proactively establish and support a positive commitment to Safety on job site

    Position Requirements:

    1-3 Years of professional landscape construction experience

    1 Years experience in leading a crew

    Project Management Experience

    Ability to show working knowledge of tools/equipment/machinery/practices

    Good physical condition and endurance; able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all weather conditions

    Valid Driver’s License

    Communication Skills – English and Spanish Preferred

    Benefits Include:

    Steady work schedules – year around work 35 – 40 weekly - not seasonal

    Top Pay $23 - $33hr depending on experience
