Landscape Construction Superintendent - Landscape Construction - Base Salary to 85k/year - Seattle, WA

• Our client specializes in landscape design, construction, and maintenance services for commercial public spaces, corporate campuses and condominiums, and residential yards. They focus on sustainable landscape options including reduced water and energy costs, pollution prevention, and wildlife benefits.
• The Landscape Construction Superintendent will lead and manage the on-site team. The Landscape Construction Superintendent will be responsible for orderliness on-site and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The Landscape Construction Superintendent will ensure quality standards are met, and all equipment and materials are always available on-site along with scheduling all inspection authorities for needed inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the activities of subcontractors, vendors and labor, maintaining close control over the accuracy and quality of each work activity.
• Schedules and directs all inspections with city officials, government agencies and private agencies as required.
• Understanding and implementation of contract specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate the development of Daily, Weekly and Project level work plans and objectives with the Project Manager.
• Schedule and direct meetings and coordinate with Owners and Designers.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors and clients.
• Supervise project foremen, and crews.
• Work with municipalities to ensure project meets code and all permits are obtained where needed.
• Train production crews in landscape installation including but not limited to hardscapes, retaining walls, planting, low voltage lighting, irrigation construction conventional and two wire.
• Irrigation design build – Must have extensive knowledge in irrigation design and install

Qualifications:

• Irrigation design build – Must have extensive knowledge in irrigation design and install
• 3+ years’ experience managing crews and sites
• Landscape construction experience required

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 85k/year
