We are looking for an experienced Landscape Design & Build Crew Foreman to join our team and help lead the successful completion of hardscape and landscape projects.

What It Takes

A strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset.

Proven experience in landscaping or groundskeeping, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Extensive experience with hardscaping, including boulder walls, pavers, patios, retaining walls, and other landscape construction elements.

Proficiency in operating heavy equipment and machinery, such as excavators, skid steers, backhoes, and loaders, for excavation and material handling.

Leadership skills to guide and manage a crew in completing hardscape and landscape installation projects.

Physical stamina to lift 40+ pounds repetitively, climb ladders and stairs, and work on your feet for extended periods.

Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

What You’ll Do

Lead a crew in the construction and installation of hardscapes, including boulder walls, patios, walkways, and retaining walls.

Operate and maintain heavy equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient use on job sites.

Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to Landscapes Unlimited’s high-quality standards.

Provide guidance and mentorship to crew members, ensuring all work is executed to the highest level.

Interact with customers professionally and courteously, representing the company's values.

Collaborate with project managers and designers to ensure seamless project execution.

Maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment, following all safety protocols.
