    Earning Potential: 100% Commission, highly competitive structure Job Type: Full Time, Contract General Schedule: Monday to Friday. 8-hour shifts. Weekends as needed. Benefits: Flexible schedule, Autonomy. Time off for family and important life milestones – birthdays are always off. All expenses paid trip to Cabo San Lucas for yourself and a guest for the top sales rep who sells over $1 million in gross sales over a calendar year. Work Location: On the road across Santa Clara County. We will also have flexible office space to meet for weekly sales meetings. About the Role: Are you a high-energy salesperson and have experience with landscape design & construction and closing deals? Do you want to find a company that values family over anything else? Then look no further. We are currently seeking Landscape Design Consultants with extensive experience in the sales world. Your job will be to run preset, confirmed, and warm sales appointments and close deals. We offer extensive training to get your skill set up to speed and a highly competitive compensation package with no commission cap. The ideal candidate for this position will create and implement a sales strategy, have outstanding communication skills, be a fast learner, and establish strong relationships. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Meet with potential customers onsite at their personal residence to present the benefits of Xeriscape and low-maintenance landscape designs and solutions • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals • Demonstrate product and solution expertise and help customers **** bring their designs to life • Prepare initial design sketches, accurate quotes, and final proposals for customers, and follow up with them to close sales • Collaborate with the production team(s) and subcontractors to ensure a top-tier customer experience before/during/after the installation process • Attend events and industry-specific trade shows to represent the company brand and educate prospects about our products & services Qualifications: • Highly-organized • Self-motivated and highly competitive • Extensive knowledge of human psychology in relation to the sales process • Requires follow-up and tracking leads and appointments within the company CRM • Drivers License, working vehicle with insurance • Strong sales closing skills • Basic computer skills • At least 3 years of landscape industry experience is preferred, but not required; we will train the right person Compensation: $250,000 at plan yearly
