    We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer to join our growing team. As a Landscape Designer, you will play a crucial role in transforming outdoor spaces into aesthetically pleasing, functional, and sustainable environments for both residential and commercial properties. Your primary focus will be on designing outdoor landscapes, incorporating hardscapes, softscapes, water features, and other elements to meet client needs.

    Responsibilities

    • ** ******Create detailed landscape designs, sketches, and 3D models that integrate plantings, hardscapes, water features, lighting, and more.

    • Consult with clients to understand their vision, preferences, budget, and specific requirements.

    • Develop sustainable landscaping solutions that are environmentally responsible and meet local regulations.

    • Coordinate with the project managers, horticulturists, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution of the designs.

    • Oversee project timelines, ensuring that landscape projects are completed on time and within budget.

    • Present design proposals to clients, addressing any questions or changes they may have.

    • Offer expert advice on plant selection, landscape maintenance, and seasonal adjustments.

    • Prepare necessary documentation, including material lists, cost estimates, and contracts.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in landscape design or a similar role.
    • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
    • Strong artistic and creative abilities with an understanding of outdoor aesthetics and functional design.
    • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
    • Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to client sites.
