    Sitescapes, Inc., a mid-size landscape architecture firm in Costa Mesa is seeking a highly creative person interested in planting & hardscape designs for urban plazas, master-planned communities, parks, & multi-family type projects.

    Summary of Position

    The successful candidate will lead landscape architecture projects and collaborate across disciplines with architects, master planners, and interior designers in a team environment. This position requires strong communication skills both internally and externally with clients and consultants. Projects include resorts, high-end multi-family developments, master-planned communities & parks design.

    Primary Responsibilities

    · Provides design and production support on all phases of a project

    · Responsible for taking the lead role in design.

    · Client & Contractor contact

    · Responsible for design to meet client criteria

    · Perform in-house plan checks

    · Sketchup and/or Enscape presentation plans

    · Prepare CAD generated construction details & hardscape layout

    Role Requirements

    · Minimum 5 years of professional experience

    · Minimum 2 years experience using AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Sketch-Up and/or Enscape

    · Proven track record with multi-family, mixed-use, master plans or parks

    · Working knowledge of construction plans and construction techniques

    · Presentation skills (verbal & graphic)

    · Ability to work as a team or independently
