The Landscape Foreman will play a crucial role in leading a crew in the creation of our landscape projects. The successful candidate will lead a team of landscapers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with design specifications. Responsibilities: • Lead a team of experienced landscape crew members, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of landscape projects • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures on job sites • Planting perennials, shrubs, and trees per scaled landscape plan • Mulching, bed prep, bury downspouts, grading, etc. • Natural Stone installation (flagstone steppers, dry creek beds, flagstone patios, boulder walls, etc.) • Low Voltage landscape lighting installation Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or similar leadership role in the landscaping industry • Knowledge of landscaping techniques, plant materials, and natural stone installation • Ability to operate and oversee the use of landscaping equipment • Ability to read a scaled landscape plan • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Compensation: $20 - $27 hourly
