    Job Summary: The Landscape Foreman will oversee and manage all aspects of landscape installation and maintenance projects. This role involves leading a crew, managing job sites, and ensuring that work is completed according to design specifications and client expectations. The ideal candidate is an experienced landscaper with strong leadership and communication skills who can manage daily operations while motivating a team to deliver exceptional results.     Qualifications:

    • Attention to detail
    • 2+ years of proven landscape & machinery operation experience
    • Prior leadership experience
    • Ability to read landscape plans
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Industry knowledge relative to installation methods of pavers, plantings, walls, etc.
    • Valid Minnesota or Wisconsin Drivers License and acceptable driving record
    • Ability to operate truck and trailer combination
    • DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
    • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
    • Ability to lift 50+ lbs
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with crew members, clients, and supervisors.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Lead, supervise, manage, & participate in landscape projects from start to finish.
    • Manage a team of 1-3 members, jobsite progress, and material.
    • Ensure the successful installation of Garden Beds, Plantings, Sod, Seed, Artificial Turf, Fence, Drainage, Pavers, Retaining Walls, Boulder Walls, Landscape Steps, Grading, etc.
    • Ensure reasonable production schedules.
    • Understanding & delegate tasks.
    • Provide direction & identifying needs on a jobsite.
    • Ensure the performance of all responsibilities to company standards.
    • Interact with supervisors and clients to ensure clear communication throughout all projects.
    • Interpret landscape designs and plans to ensure proper installation of plants, hardscapes, and other features.
    • Maintain job site cleanliness and organization.
