Key Responsibilities:

Safely navigate to and from job sites around the city and surrounding areas

Lead and complete landscaping/irrigation projects, ensuring timely execution and quality results

Direct and manage job sites, ensuring all tasks meet our high standards

Maintain effective communication with office staff, field supervisors, and crews

Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills

Requirements:

Valid Texas driver's license; CDL not required

Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English highly desirable

Proven experience in landscaping/irrigation and leadership roles

Ability to work in fast-paced and challenging environments
