Wage: $18-$21/hour (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscape Laborer to join our team at Korpi Lawn & Landscape. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a passion for landscaping.

Responsibilities:

Assist with various landscaping tasks, including planting, pruning, mowing, weeding, and fertilizing.

Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.

Follow safety guidelines and procedures.

Work effectively with clients, contractors, vendors, designers, and employees.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Basic math, reading, and writing skills.

Reliable transportation.

Knowledge of turf, perennials, shrubs, evergreens, and trees.

Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 125 lbs.

Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
