    Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader

    TreeLine Landscape Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of landscape maintenance laborers and ensuring the successful completion of various landscape maintenance tasks for our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead a team of landscape maintenance laborers and provide guidance and direction to achieve daily tasks efficiently.

    2. Plan and prioritize daily work schedules for the crew, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.

    3. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure quality standards are met and work is completed according to specifications.

    4. Perform a variety of landscape maintenance duties, including mowing, edging, pruning, weeding and fertilizing as needed.

    5. Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working condition.

    6. Monitor and report on inventory levels of supplies and materials needed for landscape maintenance tasks.

    7. Communicate effectively with management to address any concerns, provide updates on project status, and ensure customer satisfaction.

    8. Enforce safety protocols and promote a safe working environment for the crew members.

    Qualifications:

    1. Previous experience in landscape maintenance.

    2. Proven leadership and team management skills.

    3. Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices.

    4. Ability to operate landscape maintenance equipment and tools.

    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    6. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.

    7. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
