Foreman

The Foreman is responsible for leading a crew, ensuring high-quality work, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate landscaping, hardscaping, and lawn care projects

Manage a crew to complete jobs efficiently and to the highest standards

Operate equipment and ensure proper maintenance

Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Uphold company standards for professionalism and attention to detail

Qualifications:

Previous experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or related fields

Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team

Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to quality work

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
