Landscape Maintenance Senior Account Manager - Landscaping - Base Salary to 90k/year - Seattle WA

• Our client specializes in landscape design, construction, and maintenance services for commercial public spaces, corporate campuses and condominiums, and residential yards. They focus on sustainable landscape options including reduced water and energy costs, pollution prevention, and wildlife benefits.
• The Landscape Maintenance Senior Account Manager will maintain solid communication and build relationships with clients, scheduling day-to day assignments, and overall performance management of the maintenance crews, manage budgets, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Enhancement Manager so that you can collaborate on open items & bid requests
• Mentor, coach, and train crews
• Complete work reports and punch lists
• Manage tasks and prioritize work on sites with subcontractors so that the work gets done efficiently

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in the landscaping field and/or possess a landscape/ornamental horticulture degree or certification
• 3+ years of experience in property management
• 3+ years of experience working with irrigation repairs, installs, and troubleshooting
• Common PNW Plant identification, Disease and Pest Identification, and pruning/planting techniques for PNW plants required
• Natural pruning techniques experience required
• Experience with leading and supervising crews of 3-12 people

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 90k/year
