    We are currently in search of crew leads and members to join our growing team. Offering full and part-time opportunities, 3-day weekends, holidays off, no seasonal layoffs, multiple benefits, and extensive in-office training along with on-site training and knowledge.

    Winter months job summary: As a Snow Removal Crew Member, you will be responsible for the timely and effective removal of snow and ice from various locations, including driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and other walkways. This role requires attention to detail, and a commitment to safety, as snow removal often happens in adverse weather conditions.

    This position may transition between full and part-time hours depending on weather conditions, with on-call availability being required for the role.

    Clearing snow and ice from walkways, driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas using shovels, snow blowers, and other designated equipment.

    Operating snow plows, salt spreaders, and other machinery efficiently and safely.

    Maintaining a high level of awareness for potential hazards and risks during snow removal activities.

    Working in a team to ensure timely completion of snow removal tasks, particularly during heavy snowfall or adverse weather conditions.

    Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.

    Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

    Qualifications:

    • Attention to detail
    • Prior Industry experience
    • Ability to work well in a team environment
    • Industry knowledge relative to installation methods of pavers, plantings, walls, etc.
    • Valid Minnesota or Wisconsin Drivers License and acceptable driving record
    • Ability to operate truck and trailer combination
    • DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one
    • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
    • Ability to lift 50 lbs
    • Ability to operate heavy machinery
    • Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, depending on snow conditions.
    • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
    • Foreman:
    • 2+ years of proven landscape & machinery operation experience
    • Prior leadership experience
    • Ability to read landscape plans

    Spring/Summer responsibilities include:

    • Ensure the successful installation of Garden Beds, Plantings, Sod, Seed, Artificial Turf, Fence, Drainage, Pavers, Retaining Walls, Boulder Walls, Landscape Steps, Grading, etc.
    • Understanding & picking up tasks.
    • Receiving direction & identifying needs on a jobsite.
    • Performing all responsibilities to company standards.
    • Interact with supervisors, project foreman, and clients to ensure clear communication throughout all projects.
    • Foreman:
    • Lead, supervise, manage, & participate in landscape projects from start to finish.
    • Manage a team of 1-3 members, jobsite progress, and material.
    • Ensure reasonable production schedules.
