We are looking for a skilled and experienced landscaper to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining grounds by performing a variety of tasks, including mowing, planting, raking, sod laying, and outdoor projects.

You will also be responsible for assisting with winter snow removal operations on a part-time, on-call basis. This part-time position will transition to full-time employment in the spring.

Responsibilities:

Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes

Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, snow blowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws

Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chain saws

Assist with snow removal operations, including shoveling, snow blowing, and operating snow plows (if applicable).

Gather and remove litter

Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper is preferred

Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools

Experience with snow removal operations (preferred)

Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods of time

Willing to work in all weather elements

Available on short notice to respond to snowstorms.
