    We are looking for a talented and experienced Landscape Supervisor to become a part of our team.

    Role Overview: As a Landscape Supervisor, you will manage a team of landscapers, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of landscaping techniques, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise and direct a team of landscapers to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards and on time.

    Develop and execute detailed landscaping plans, including plant selection, irrigation systems, and maintenance schedules.

    Perform site evaluations to assess project scope, create estimates, and establish timelines.

    Collaborate with other departments and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

    Enforce safety regulations and company policies on all job sites.

    Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing feedback to team members.

    Manage inventory and upkeep of equipment, ensuring all tools and machinery are in optimal condition.

    Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the completed work.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent.

    At least 5 years of landscaping experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.

    Extensive knowledge of landscaping practices, including plant selection, irrigation systems, and maintenance.

    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide team members.

    Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of managing several projects at once.

    Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.

    Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

    Physical capability to perform job duties, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
