    Position is open for advancement into Operations Manager, overseeing other service operations within our company.

    Job Summary

    We are looking for a skilled Landscape Forman to join our team! You will maintain and manage customer accounts by supervising the grounds crews performing a variety of tasks, including mowing, planting, watering, raking, and sod laying to create beautiful and well-groomed outdoor spaces for our private and public customers. Our perfect candidate will have adequate knowledge of ADP Payroll Mobile App, Adobe, Microsoft Suite, and Google Drive to produce, submit, and share employee timesheets and project progress reporting for accurate billing. The position will require that the candidate possesses good time management and organizational skills to minimize project delays and customer complaints.

    You are hard-working, a team player, and dedicated to performing quality work in all that you do. Experience as a landscape forman is preferred and a positive attitude is necessary!

    Responsibilities:

    Produce Project Estimates

    Understand how to navigate payroll apps such as ADP Mobile to ensure accurate time reporting for payroll.

    Familiar with using Adobe, Microsoft Suite, and Google Drive to produce and share project reporting for accurate customer billing.

    Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, saws, hedge or brush trimmers, or axes

    Operate vehicles or powered equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain-saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, or pruning saws

    Water lawns, trees, or plants, using portable sprinkler systems, hoses, or watering cans

    Prune or trim trees, shrubs, or hedges, using shears, pruners, or chainsaws

    Gather and remove litter

    Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner

    Qualifications:

    Must have experience managing employees effectively to ensure efficient and quality services are provided to our customers.

    Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.

    Must possess

    Pesticide Applicator Certification

    Right-of-Way Pest Management Certification

    Past experience as a landscaper/groundskeeper preferred

    Experience with the use of hand-held and power tools

    Must be able to climb ladders and stairs, comfortably lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on your feet for long periods

    Willing to work in all weather elements
