JOB DESCRIPTION

One of the largest apartment communities in Southwest Houston is searching for a Courtesy Officer to drive company success.

  RESPONSIBILITIES:

·   Draft correspondences on documents

·   Check in guests and residents into the log

   QUALIFICATION/ OTHER REQUIREMENTS

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Strong attention to details

·         Team player

·         Must be able to walk a lot

·         Stable Work History

·         Security Customer Service Experience a plus

·         Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred, but not necessary

·         VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE, CAR INSURANCE IS A MUST.

·         All applicants must successfully clear a Background investigation to include but not be limited to:

·         Criminal Background Check,

·         Pre-Employment and

·         Employment Verification Process.
