    We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled professional to join our team as a large group health and accident Insurance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in large-group health and accident insurance and a strong ability to develop, negotiate, and manage tailored insurance solutions. Experience working with student health plans within higher education is highly desirable.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and oversee large-group health insurance accounts, ensuring customized policy solutions that align with client needs.

    Manage large-group accident policies, with a preference for experience in athletics-related coverage.

    Analyze complex risk profiles, industry trends, and market conditions to provide strategic coverage recommendations.

    Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers, serving as a trusted advisor and industry expert.

    Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless policy implementation, administration, and client support.

    Prepare comprehensive proposals, negotiate policy terms, and secure favorable outcomes for clients and stakeholders.

    Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, documentation standards, and best practices throughout the quoting and renewal processes.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-group health insurance.

    In-depth knowledge of group health insurance products, regulations, and market trends.

    Proven success in managing and optimizing large-group insurance portfolios.

    Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and market insights to inform strategic decisions.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.

    Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
