We are seeking friendly, assertive, highly organized, outgoing individuals who possess strong attention to detail. You must be able to communicate clearly, in writing, on the phone, and in person. Face-to-face customer service experience in the retail/service industry is mandatory. This is a high end piercing jewelry tattoo studio that will involve some retail responsibilities. This candidate will be assisting clients in jewelry selection for ear piercing curations and stylings.

This is NOT a tattoo or body piercing apprenticeship. We are looking for long term receptionists.

Front Desk Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive
• Answer phone calls and emails from clients
• Maintain calendars for the office and your coworkers
• File important documents and keep them well organized
• Perform any other clerical duties necessary to keep the office running
