Full-time with flexible hours, Stylists currently earning between $50k-$100k, very busy, successful salon WHO WE ARE:

The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Stylist who has 1-2 years of lash experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitude

Educate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care products

Understand and promote products and memberships

Perform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension services

Maintain clean and sterile work environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Active Texas Cosmetology or Esthetics license

1+ years as a Lash Stylist preferred

Customer service focused; loves on your clients

Reliable transportation

Strong work ethic

Initiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offered

Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
