Job Description:

Saddle up and join the crew at High Horse Saloon, an old western style restaurant & bar known for its warm hospitality, rustic charm, and top-shelf selection of spirits. We are seeking an experienced Late-Night Cocktail Server to join our team and bring exceptional service to our lively evening crowd. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in craft cocktails, understands a refined range of beers and spirits, and thrives in a high-energy environment. Must be available for late-night shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service to all guests

Offer guidance on our selection of craft cocktails, whiskeys, and other spirits

Serve a variety of traditional craft cocktails, draft, and bottled beers

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Manage transactions accurately and efficiently

Collaborate with bar and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service

Uphold High Horse Saloon’s standards of hospitality and professionalism

Certifications Required: Possess or obtain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) compliance through Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) and the California Food Handler’s permit.

Qualifications:

Must be 21+ with experience in a high-volume atmosphere (nightclub a plus).

Strong knowledge of classic cocktail recipes and bar service

A warm, professional demeanor and strong customer service skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, late-night environment

A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

Excellent communication and multitasking skills
