Responsibilities: • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Qualifications: • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Compensation: $130,000 at plan yearly
