As a Product Launch Specialist, you are ultimately responsible for driving new business to LaunchBoom. It may seem like a heavy burden, but we look at it as an exciting challenge. You are the key to helping us find better clients and keeping our title as the world's greatest crowdfunding agency. You will have the opportunity to join one of the most innovative sales teams in the world.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

• Work with LaunchBoom to develop new lead sources, qualify new deal opportunities, and book new business opportunities for the Product Launch Director to close
• Qualifying leads, identifying which product they are best suited for, and booking qualified calendar appointments/meetings for the Product Launch Director to close
• Develop and maintain great relationships with all new potential clients and always look for an opportunity to add more value
• Manage new inbound and outbound leads for LaunchBoom
• Identify downsell opportunities & close over the phone
• Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Product Launch Specialist Position
• Attend Daily Sales meetings focused on helping you succeed

The requirements are simple: you must be highly motivated, have great communication skills, and have a burning desire to learn about crowdfunding, digital marketing, and e-commerce. We will provide EXTENSIVE training!

• $48K/year starting salary (Must be a US citizen to be a W2 employee)
• Plus Sales Commissions & Quarterly Bonus Opportunities (target $80K)
